The Four Types Of Law

There are four different types of law that are commonly referred too.  These are;

1. Common Law - A law based on tradition or common sense.
2. Statutory Law - A law passed by a lawmaking body such as congress.
3. Constitutional Law - Laws based strictly on the Constitution.
4. Administrative Law - A law made by a governing agency, such as the President.
