The Presidential Succession
What is meant by the Presidential Succession, is who would take over in the untimely death of the President.
- If the President would die, the Vice President would take control of the country.
- If the Vice President would die, before selecting a new Vice President, then the Speaker of the House would assume control.
- If the Speaker of the House would also die, then the President Pro Tempore, or the oldest member of the Senate would take over.
- And if the President Pro Tempore would die, then the members of Cabinet would take over, in the order of their department creation.
